Born in Melbourne, Australia, I first worked in television, writing for the Aussie versions of global hits including: The Price Is Right. Who Wants To Be A Millionaire. Australia’s Got Talent. And a few other shows known only in the southern hemisphere.
I’ve traveled extensively while writing about my experiences, living in Tokyo for a year, Shanghai for two, and for twelve years now in New York. I’m reassured that if I ever feel homesick, there’s always an Outback Steakhouse nearby.
I decided to get into advertising just after the economy collapsed in 2008. Which is to say a challenge doesn’t scare me. Since then I’ve done everything from creating fully-integrated launch campaigns to leading multi-spot global shoots. I love advertising because I enjoy creative problem solving and being able to wear jeans and sneakers most days.
